I can assure you he was last night though - I saw him lighting up with my own eyes! One of my colleagues said this morning "he's probably a stress smoker", which makes sense. I still find it amusing that people here are so shocked though, considering how many Germans smoke. Thanks for the comment :-)

I found it hard to believe that he does, because he used to play football once upon a time, and he's also a coach, and they're required to be as fit as possible.
