I won, I won

Quick blog today cos I have loooads to do before the turkey goes in the oven at 3:30.
I still have a meme to do and I’d like to catch up on Question Time at some point. But for today I have some much more important news…
Sleepyjane has given me an award! YAY! I’m so great and wonderful and special (ok, let’s not go overboard).
So here, without further ado, is the Thank You for Blogging award:
I can’t give it to sleepyjane cos she already gave it to me, but basically I would like to pass it on to all those whose blogs cheer me up on a bad days, and in some cases remind me of how it was to have an actual life.

Katyboo – because her blog is hilariously funny and because she has three children who do crazy things which are also incredibly funny to read about, although I sometimes think she’s on a mission to put childless people off ever going there

Welsh Girl – another one that makes me laugh. She lives on  hill in Wales and may just be a hobbit, or so city dwellers seem to think.

Hails whose blog is Coffee Helps – she’s also very funny. Crazy stuff seems to happen to her a lot. And she’s inspired me to want to go to Tallinn in Estonia. There’s a garlic restaurant there you know! My idea of heaven. I don’t think I’ll be going there in winter though… not after the tales of waist deep snow and scary blizzards that have been appearing on Hails’ blog lately.

Hope from Hope dies last – I love the way she writes and I can soo relate to some of her posts, even though she’s mostly writing about being single and I’m, well, not. Not single I mean. Although I’m not writing about being single either actually. It would be a bit weird if I was…

And last but not least Lauren from Half Deserted Streets – she used to be an acrobat, what could be cooler than that?
