I am back in Karlsruhe. Finally normal blogging service can resume.
There is much to write about. Plays, rugby matches, Christmas, New Year… I got a new camera for Christmas, so obviously lots of photos were taken. Well I had to try out all the random functions didn’t I? Brussels was great, despite the fact that my cold came back with a vengeance just before we left. The day we arrived in Brussels I was in bed by 9:30pm with a mug of Lemsip! Good job there was a kettle in the hotel room or I don’t know what I would have done.
I now own my very own copy of Gone With the Wind, thanks to Jan’s sister. See, there are advantages to people from your real life reading your blog 😉 It’s in German though so Katyboo if you’d like to send me your English version when you’re finished I would still be happy to read it in the original.
Anyway, detailed descriptions of my time away will have to follow at a later date. And of course the New Year’s resolution blog is still to come (yup, I made some). Right now though, it’s time to make a pot of tea and find out whether my cupboards actually hold anything edible after all this time…
Happy New Year everyone!
Welcome back to the blogosphere! 🙂 And it sounds like you got some awesome xmas presents! 😉
Thanks sleepyjane. I’m slowly, slowly catching up with all the blogs I’ve missed. Christmas presents were awesome indeed… I now have stuff to read again!
OMG! nearly had a bloody heart attack then! I just posted it to you this very day…
it’s an absolute door stop in English. It can’t be any slimmer a volume in German surely?
Glad you’re back 🙂
It is rather large in German as well. I may need the English version to look up bits and figure out what the German is on about…
